Please contact me through twitter @Sw1gsy and all our further communications will be there. When I finish, you will be sent a link to the image download via Dropbox.

Payment
I take payment through PayPal only and will be 100% upfront. If you wish to request a 50/50 "upfront, after" split for a specific reason, we can work something out :) When sending payment, please be sure to send in Canadian dollars, and select the family and friends transfer option!

Refunds
I offer refunds depending on how far along in the art process I am.
Haven't Started - 100% Back
Sketch Done - 75% Back
Line Art Done - 50% Back
Flat Colours - 25% Back
Completed - No refund
When you request a refund, you will get a percentage of your money back, along with the furthest completed piece of art from me.

Timeframe
You as the commissioner have the right to request an update or a time estimate whenever you want I will be completely honest with you. Depending on the complexity and size of your commission, timeframe may vary from anywhere between a few days to a couple of weeks. Please be patient as I am a human and have a life outside art :)

Expectations
If you want to commission me, I would expect you to come with a character in mind with one or more refrence pictures, and preferably a refrence pose as well. If you want me to find a refrence pose or you want to give me creative freedom then I will run my ideas by you before starting the art.

Changes to the Art
Any "structural" changes to the commission will be excepted up until I start rendering. I will provide you with many updates and pictures along the way and you have the right to request any changes before I start the rendering. Colour and lighting changes will still be considered after I have begun rendering.

My Rights
As the artist, I have every right to refuse a commission with no questions asked. I have the right to put a halt to the commission with no refund or art if I am feeling that you are violating my tos or myself in any way, shape, or form. I will not tolerate any form of hate towards myself and have the right to refuse anyone service.
